WEB 2.0 BASED WEB-DESIGN
We create beautiful websites following strong web standards on tableless CSS / XHTML which are highly search engine optimized. Every web-projects designed by us wll be visually clean and professinal layouts.
We think that design should not only be beautiful to look at, design should always be functional. Design is not only aesthetics, it's also user oriented information transfer. We will design your project with consideration of your input and corporate identity. If you haven't the latter we can help you create one. Individuality is a very important point, every design we create is unique and tailored to your specific wishes, needs and professional environment. When we design your project we already think about the technical implementation and can thus ensure a smooth development process.
Websites can be crafted into a valuable business tool, but only if developed by highly skilled artists. We offer these skills with a professional but cost effective service, regardless of the complexity of your site. Every web design we create reflects the unique needs of each client, yet all of our web designs are created with maximum interactivity. With our professional graphic designers we work with our clients to give custom graphics and the most powerful features, to make their site most effective. At "ENCORE" we take great pride in developing solutions that are technically challenging.
We are very relentless when it comes to standards - to ourselves and to others.
Whether we talk about web standards, coding standards or others. Standards
help reduce the cost and complexity of development while increasing the
accessibility and long-term viability of any site published on the Web.
Websites who comply with standards get greater visibility in web searches,
because search engines have an easier time accessing, evaluating and indexing
such sites.
BLOGGING
A blog is a website, usually maintained by an individual, with regular entries
of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics
or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order.
Blogs can be of various types:
1. General ‘personal’ blog
2. Specialist blog
3. Corporate blog
RSS(Really Simple Syndication)
RSS is a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated content
such as blog entries, news headlines, and podcasts in a standardized format.
RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with web sites in an automated
manner that can be piped into special programs or filtered displays.
PODCASTING
A podcast is a series of digital-media files which are
distributed over the Internet using syndication feeds for playback on portable media players and computers.
The term podcast, like broadcast, can refer either to the series of content itself or to the method by which it is syndicated;
the latter is also called podcasting. The host or author of a podcast is often called a podcaster.
TAGGING
Tagging is the process of assigning personal keywords (“tags”) to resources by users.
The related concept folksonomy is the set of labels that emerges from the tagging process.
This term is a contraction of the words “folk taxonomy.” The rise of social bookmarking Web sites
have skyrocketed tagging systems into the mainstream. Two of the most visible examples of this phenomenon are
Del.icio.us, a site for tagging Web bookmarks, and Flickr, a site for sharing and tagging photographs.
SOCIAL NETWORKING
Online social networking has become an
increasingly influential part of contemporary
popular culture. Before their introduction you
may only have been able to directly share your
opinion with 20-30 people, but by using a blog
or an online community such as MySpace you
can now share that opinion with hundreds or
even thousands of people. What’s more, the
more valid your opinion is judged to be by other
members of the online community, the more
people are likely to see it.
and many more.......
